Installation
unzip the file in a temporary directory, then double-
click on Setup.exe.  You will be lead through the rest
of the installation.  If you want to uninstall, you
can double-click on My Computer, then Control Panel, 
then Add/Remove Programs.  Choose Charm and click Charm
then the Add/Remove button.

Using
Charm comes with an online context-sensitive help file 
which contains information on using Charm.

Company.ini         Stores default company information
Defaults.ini        Default values for taxes and margins
Materials.ini       Default database for materials
Labor.ini           Default database for labor
Equipment.ini       Default database for equipment
Contracts.ini       Default database for subcontracts
Files.ini           Will contain preferred file mappings
cater.zip           Contains databases for catering
print.zip           Contains databases for printing
program.zip         Contains databases for programming

The default databases are for construction.  They can 
be replaced by the ini files in the three included 
zip files.
